About Heidi
Born in England, I grew up mainly in Seattle, but have lived overseas as a child and an adult. I’m deeply grateful for those opportunities, which have broadened my perspective.
I’ve landed in the gentle midwestern, United States—in the rolling green landscape of the Miami Valley, with its glacially carved riverbeds, fragrant springs, steamy summers, bright autumns and crisp winters.
Working as a designer since 1989, and specifically in the personal growth field since 2011, I’ve done course delivery, project management, and marketing for Thomas Hübl, STAGES International, Pacific Integral, Ten Directions and several other human development teachers.
Drawn to the visual arts for as long as I can remember, I have practiced design for many years; creating print, brand, and web products. Recently, I discovered a passion for surface pattern design, which draws my together my creativity, design experience and love of color.
I excel in imagination and innovation: love to dream and restructure—website content, bookshelves, spice racks—you name it. I’m deeply intuitive, I connect dots and see the big picture. I like to project forward and envision the future.
I’m fueled when outdoors—riding my bike, walking a beach, or working in my garden. I adore travel, with an ever-growing list of destinations. I love the possibilities of the kitchen—to imagine and create culinary masterpieces.
